Position Summary:

The surveillance investigator will be responsible for monitoring, following and filming claimants relative to insurance claims.  This position involves attention to detail, excellent driving ability, note-taking, report writing, time management and a high level of communication.  This position requires a vehicle conducive to surveillance and appropriate insurance coverage. This position can work a 4 hour or 10 + hour day, 5 days a week. Our clients include-self insureds, third party administrators and insurance carriers.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years or older to apply
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Auto insurance required $100,000/person $300,000/accident-bodily injury/$50,000 property
• Vehicle must blend in; tinted windows preferred
• Critical thinking and strong instincts
• Excellent driving skills
• Intermediate writing skills
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, travel with occasional overnights (as needed)
• Ability to work weekends
• Self-motivated

Desired Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Military or Law Enforcement experience
• Report writing experience
• Insurance or investigative experience
